Transition effect setting is added for presentation

When the slide is changing in the presentation, by default, the slide will appear with fade in / out effect. I got an user request for disable the fade in / out because he want to create some flipping effect with sequence of photo.
I never think about that VCASMO can be used in such way, this is an another example to show the usage of VCASMO is infinite, it is really depends on the users' creativity.
So I added a transition effect setting for the presentation tonight. You can find it at step 3 when you create a new presentation. You can also change the setting in "Edit presentation" for existing presentation.
